We provide each employee with access to a simple portal where they learn about coronaviruses and the impact they are having on individuals and businesses. By understanding the key issues, they will be better informed and more likely to adopt the recommended measures. Undertaking this learning will be of benefit both at home in people's personal lives as well as in their work environment.
Employees should be encouraged to participate in the process and reporting is provided to enable this.
Once the learning has been completed, employees and partners will be given access to a multi-choice test taking about ten minutes to complete.
A certificate is issued to recognise this achievement.
In addition to being of value to employees, the employer can be assured that a rigorous learning programme has been undertaken to help protect the organisation.
We recommend that this process is repeated every 12 months as a refresher and to incorporate recent changes.
